Ordering From Us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online ordering page and supplying your details to Paypal to process that order. As part of Paypal's payment process you will be given the opportunity to check your details and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. Pricing

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for postage and pakageing (P&P) and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown whilst payment is made on Paypal.

Delivery

It takes appoximately 10-14 days for our goods to be delivered. If your goods have not been delivered in this time, please notify us at generalenquiry@facefresh.net.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods to your premises in approximately 10-14 days. The delivery date is not guaranteed, nor is it of the essence of the order Contract. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you due to the late delivery of the goods.
If you fail to take delivery of the goods or fail to give us correct delivery instructions, we will not be held responsible.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order: Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods only, not the postage and packaging, which will the right to return the goods will not apply if any returned bottle has been opened and/or not returned in the same condition as it was delivered in its box.
Any returns received with damaged bottles or boxs will not be refunded.
You must also attach details of your order, such as your Paypal transaction ID/number and the date of the order, as well as your name and contact details to contact you.
