If you have uploaded before and after pictures with your story, it can take from 5 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the speed of your internet and the size of of the picture file. Please do not sumbit large file sized pictures (over 1Mb) as this will take longer and will not get sent through to us. Once you have pressed the "Submit Your Story" button please do not keep pressing it as this will just restart the submittion process and will take longer to submit your story.
Your information and pictures(if uploaded) submitted may be used on our website. Your information will not be put online on our website without notifying you first. You email address and full name will never be disclosed on our website but your name initals maybe used instead, possibly with your first name in full only.
